Environmental Site Assessments

Potential contamination can adversely affect the value of property relative to a re-financing or transfer of ownership. Our staff of environmental, health, and safety professionals will document the presence or absence of pollutants, and guide the client as to the significance of them, as well as the steps for remediation (clean-up) if appropriate. IHR Environmental Site Assessments are compliant with standards and practices of the EPA federal rule for environmental due diligence, termed “All Appropriate Inquiries (2006; AAI)”.
